Renovation of an educational facility in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Lewis Central Community School District will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Titan Hill Exterior Envelope located at 4125 Harry Langdon Blvd., Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503. This Project consists of the replacement of all existing exterior hollow metal doors and frames, all exterior envelope control joints and window sealants, replacing lintels, and other exterior upgrades as shown on the Drawings. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Question Deadline 12/09/2025: Submit all questions about Bidding Documents to the Architect, except Electrical questions shall be submitted to the Consulting Engineer, Morrissey Engineering. Questions received less than 48 hours before the bid opening that will affect project construction schedule or project cost cannot be answered.
