The Project includes the following Work: The project includes but is not limited to water main installation within Elkhart County. The work includes approximately 11,300 LF of new 8-inch and 12-inch water main on Independence Street, Leslie Court, Shelton Court, Wilson Street, Hastings Street, California Court, Grover Street, Glenmore Street, Sunset Avenue, and Park Court, together with all associated valves, hydrants, and connections to existing mains. The project also includes water services along each of these locations, including full length services from the public water main to within 5-feet of existing homes being serviced. Question Deadline 12/08/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Prairie Creek Water Improvements - Phases 3B, 3C, and 3D. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as shown in the Bid Form. No refunds will be issued for this project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. NO bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
