Replace Staircase This project includes the demolition and replacement of one exterior staircase consisting of two sets of stairs and two landings at 9230 Imperial Hwy Downey, Ca. Bldg. 100. Work will include demolition, fabrication and installation of new framing, beams, stringers, decking, and handrails usings specified materials, hardware, and fasteners.
