Renovation of an educational facility in Lynwood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide all management, labor, sub-contractors, equipment, and all materials to perform all pre-installation tasks, including but not limited to the demolition of existing roofs surfaces identified in the technical specifications. Re-roof at B, D, E, F, G, H, I, and K classroom buildings and adjacent covered walkways. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalification of bidders is required. Prospective bidders must submit online prequalification documents by registering with Quality Bidders. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active C-39 Contractor's License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of the contract. Bidders must comply with the Community Workforce Agreement, submit a completed and signed CWA Letter of Assent, attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk, and be properly licensed to perform the work. Contractors or subcontractors must be currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5, and comply with all other requirements as specified. Bidder's security in the form and amount described is also required, in addition to performance and payment bonds, and compliance with applicable labor and public works codes. Respondents who assisted in preparation of solicitation materials are not eligible to bid.
