Description

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Lynwood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The Work encompassed by the Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but in general consists of, but is not limited to, the following Work: Replacing five (5) AC units at Lynwood Senior Center; by providing the crane, removal and proper disposal of the existing units, installation of the new units, including all electrical and control wiring, securing the unit to the existing platform, quality control and testing. Liquidated Damages $500.00 per calendar day.
