The Bidder or approved Subcontractor must possess all required certifications in compliance with the requirements set forth in the California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) Lead Related Construction Program. License must be current and valid for the duration of the contract. The Work to be performed under this Construction Contract shall commence within ten (10) days after a Notice to Proceed is received by the Contractor, or on the date specified in the Notice, and shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days following the required commencement date, or on the date specified in the Notice by the LACDA. Completion Period: 30-Calander Days from date noted in the Notice to Proceed. Non-Completion Penalty: $500.00 per day. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. This RFQ is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the quotes submitted by contractors.
