Renovation of a mixed-use development in Center Line, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade transportation facility; and one-story above grade industrial development.

Sealed bids are requested for the Center Line Public Schools 2023 Bond Issue, Bid Package #4, which includes the following projects: Transportation & Maintenance Building Site Improvements, Center Line High School Renovations & Fire Alarm Upgrades, Wolfe Middle School Renovations & Fire Alarm Upgrades, and Center Line High School Auditorium Lighting Improvements. Separate sealed bids are to be submitted for bid divisions covering Earthwork/Utilities/Asphalt Paving/Exterior Concrete, Selective Demolition, Masonry, Carpentry/General Trades, Metal Studs/Drywall/Acoustical Treatments, Carpet/Resilient Tile, Painting, Wood Flooring, HVAC, and Electrical. Proposals must be submitted electronically through Building Connected. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting. All bids must include the required affidavits and be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract price. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept a bid other than the lowest.
