**As of January 6, 2026, the project was awarded to Grayson Carter & Son Contracting, Inc, with an awarded amount of $2,925,660.92** Provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and supervision as outlined in the plans, specifications, and bid manual for the City of Huntsville Streets Resurfacing FY2026 Phase 1 Project. The work is to be performed at various streets/locations throughout the city. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the City of Huntsville in a sealed envelope addressed to Procurement Services. Only qualified general contractors licensed by the State Licensing Board of General Contractors of Alabama prior to the bid opening date will have their bids considered. All bids must be received by the specified time; late bids will not be accepted. The qualifications, ability, and responsibility of all bidders and their proposed subcontractors will be considered in making the award.
