Renovation of an educational facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Remove and properly dispose of existing roof membrane assembly and sheet metal flashings at Thurston Woods Campus Elementary School. Replace with a new fully-adhered EPDM membrane system, including new insulation, coverboard, and all related sheet metal flashings. Repair and/or replace deteriorated roof deck, wood blocking, and nailers as required. Install walk pads at designated areas. Protect the existing building and site throughout the project. Follow manufacturer requirements for installation and warranty. Coordinate construction and schedule with the Owner to minimize disruption to school operations. Adhere to all specified safety requirements. Provide completed Bid Form, Bid Bond, and all specified documentation. Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions prior to submission. Submit required insurance and performance/payment bonds. Submit questions in accordance with specified procedures. The successful bidder shall enter into a contract and comply with all contract terms and conditions. Question Deadline 11/25/2025 at 12:00 PM CT submitted in writing Online.
