Renovation of a multi-residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials and perform all work necessary and incidental for façade repair at Locust Court. Bidders must obtain bid documents through the specified website, with print copies and electronic files provided according to registration and delivery policies. Bid instructions specify the availability of print and electronic documents, pre-bid conference date and location, and direct technical and administrative questions to the designated contacts. Bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246, Federal Labor Standards, Equal Opportunity requirements, and related program requirements. The contract is a Section 3 Covered Contract, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond. Assistance for meeting Emerging Business Enterprises and Section 3 requirements is available. Bids are to be submitted to the Housing Authority BID DESK at the specified location by the prescribed deadline. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
