Vendor contract for Carulite 200 Granular Catalyst, 20 kg, for a three-year period from the date of award with three options to extend for one year upon mutual agreement. Annual estimated usage is twenty-eight drums; typical order sizes range from twelve to twenty-four drums. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis. The vendor must provide an updated Safety Data Sheet (SDS) with the bid submission and with each delivery. Deliveries are required to be FOB destination within five working days of order placement, or as scheduled, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on non-holiday weekdays, via tank trucks equipped with proper connections. The supplier must notify purification plants at least twenty-four hours in advance of each delivery, providing the driver’s name, truck number, and delivery date. Delivery locations are Milwaukee Water Works: Howard Water Treatment Plant and Linnwood Water Treatment Plant. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire Portal by the specified closing date and time. Bids should include all required supporting documents such as completed invitation to bid, descriptive literature, bid addenda, applicable affidavits, and Form W-9. Ethical purchasing requirements, applicable local business preferences, and the requirement to comply with City ordinances must be observed. Failure to comply with bid submission instructions, required documentation, or delivery requirements may result in bid rejection.
