Site work for a civil project in Marlin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

This project includes the installation of the following water quality and drainage system improvements within project areas as described below: Project E, Martin, Denson & Conoly: Falls to railroad crossing; Project I, Conoly: Railroad crossing to Kennedy; Kennedy: Park to Conoly; Project F, Kennedy: Live Oak to Park; Park: Kennedy to Price; Project G, Kennedy: Conoly to Dunbar; San Antonio: Kennedy to King. Kennedy to King; and stormwater improvements along a portion of Conoly: Railroad to Kennedy. All questions and comments shall be directed to online under the project's question and answer section. As detailed in the Instructions to Bidders, a Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to the City of Marlin in the amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price, as a guarantee that the Bidder will execute a contract for the work if it is awarded by the Owner. Bidders must execute documents associated with this Project using forms provided in the Project Manual. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) The City of Marlin reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating Bid prices, to reject any or all offers, and/or waive formalities. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the Bid opening, or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner. QA date - 2-11-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
