Renovation of a mixed-use development in East Greenbush, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Separate bids are requested for prime contracts: Contract #08: Electrical Construction A full performance bond, together with labor and material payment bonds in a form acceptable to the Owner, shall be required of the successful Bidder for the full contract amount. Bids shall be prepared as set forth in "Instructions to Bidders", enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing on its face the name and address of the Bidder and the title of the Work to which the bid enclosed relates. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "Instructions to Bidders." No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
