Description

The City of Westport is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural and engineering firms for design and construction administration services for the Fishermens Memorial Improvement Project. The project will improve safety, accessibility, and aesthetics at the Fishermens Memorial while preserving its historic character. Selection will follow a qualifications-based process under RCW 39.80; no price proposals should be submitted. Questions must be submitted in writing to the City Administrator at ca@ci.westport.wa.us by November 20, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
