Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Westport, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for construction of the Westport Skatepark project. The work includes, but is not limited to: (1) site clearing, earth moving, erosion and sediment control; (2) skatepark construction, including concrete flatwork, concrete reinforcement, cast in-place concrete, shotcrete, metal fabrications, painting, drainage, and associated appurtenances; and (3) surface restoration of all disturbed surfaces. Proposals must be submitted only on the form provided with the Bid Documents and accompanied by a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Westport in an amount not less than five percent of the total Proposal amount. Bidders are encouraged to register at https://gobids.grayandosborne.com to receive future addenda and be placed on the Bidders List. All bidding and construction must comply with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for the project and any issued addenda. The City of Westport reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities. Contract questions shall be directed only to the office of the Project Engineer.
