Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Architect/Engineer shall provide complete design services for Campus Chilled Water Loop Repairs (Project #659-26-300). Services include preparing schematics, design development, construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, as-built documentation, and providing construction period services and site visits. The project involves repairing and replacing the existing chilled water line between Building 8 and Building 4 to improve system efficiency. Work will include trenching, excavation, road removal, paving, and installation of new valves and chilled water supply and return lines. All design must comply with VA specifications, design guides, infection control guidelines, and applicable building codes, covering architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
