This is a milling and resurfacing project and the work to be performed under this contract consists of hotmix asphalt surface removal, pavement patching, longitudinal join sealant, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt surface course and polymerized leveling binder, sidewalk ADA approach improvements, combination curb and gutter replacement, placement of thermoplastic pavement markings, and all incidental and miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as specified herein
