Sealed and separate bids are invited for snow removal from December 7, 2025, to December 7, 2026. Each bid must be designated for snow removal, properly signed, and submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope marked with the bidder's name and address and the designation: “Bid Package - Snow Removal.” Contractors must comply with Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). Each proposal must include a certified check or bidder's bond of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, payable to the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in the bids received. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of the opening.
