Renovation of a mixed-use development in Niles, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: The renovation of an existing bookstore into a workspace, the removal and reconstruction of an entrance vestibule, replacement of existing storefront openings with new sills, and work described in Contract Documents.. Bidder shall include all labor, materials, and permits necessary and incidental to the complete construction for the BIC Renovations. This shall include proper safety protections for the public and staff of the BIC, a project superintendent, and shall include a work guarantee for one year from date of substantial completion.
