Contract Number 25-4 - General/Mechanical work includes replacement of chemical transfer pumps, day tanks and chemical transfer process piping. Installation of spill containment curbs and repainting/re-coating of walls and floor within containment area. Contract Number 25-5 - Electrical work includes furnishing and installing all required electrical equipment, including but not limited to a new motor control center, motor disconnect switches, local control stations, conduits, wire, and all related appurtenances for a complete operational system. Contract Number 25-2 - General/Mechanical = $231,000 Contract Number 25-3 - Electrical = $300,000 Question Deadline 12/01/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Work ofthe Project includes removing and replacing the existing transfer pumps and piping between the caustic soda, coagulant and fluoride bulk storage tanks and the respective day tanks at the Authority's Water Treatment Plant located at 296 Tin Can Hollow Road, Rices Landing, PA 15357. Further, new day tanks shall be furnished and installed at the Tin Can Hollow Water Treatment Plant as shown on the Contract Drawings and enumerated herein.
