Award: Contract No. 25-4 – General/Mechanical was awarded to Tru-Core Industrial Services, LLC for $238,594.14 Contract No. 25-5 – Electrical was awarded to Lanco Electric, Inc. for $142,000 Contract Number 25-4 - General/Mechanical work includes replacement of chemical transfer pumps, day tanks and chemical transfer process piping. Installation of spill containment curbs and repainting/re-coating of walls and floor within containment area. Contract Number 25-5 - Electrical work includes furnishing and installing all required electrical equipment, including but not limited to a new motor control center, motor disconnect switches, local control stations, conduits, wire, and all related appurtenances for a complete operational system. Contract Number 25-2 - General/Mechanical = $231,000 Contract Number 25-3 - Electrical = $300,000 Question Deadline 12/01/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
