Renovation of a recreation facility in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
As of January 26, 2026 Project has not been awarded. Award will be on February This work shall furnish all labor and materials for replacement of exterior windows and doors as noted on plans for compliance with hurricane wind loads. Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing storefront windows and doors, removal of exterior metal door; patch concrete to match adjacent surfaces; install new storefront windows, storefront doors, steel doors, frames, controls and all required hardware; provide all required plans and/or calculations including, but not limited to, structural, and shop drawings; meet or exceed all Federal and State Codes effective at the time of work including flow requirements; obtain all required permits. Install windows and doors in accordance with the requirements of the Florida Building Code, Florida Product approval, and water intrusion requirements and Florida Accessibility Code, all work done in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall have a State of Florida Certified General Contractors License and/or Florida Certified Building Contractors License. The Contractor must have successfully completed at least three projects of similar type, size, and complexity within the past five years and provide verifiable references for these projects. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement. Contractors are responsible for bringing any required sub-contractors to the pre-bid and site visit.
