The City of Sunrise (hereinafter "City") is seeking a licensed and qualified Contractor to provide installation and repair services, as required, of the City of Sunrise's Lime Slaking Systems, at various locations throughout the City All required labor, equipment and parts necessary to perform field services including installation and repair of City of Sunrise Utilities Department's Lime Slaking Systems. Field Services shall include materials, testing, inspections and labor for emergency and non-emergency repairs of the Lime Storage Silos and Lime Slaker Systems. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularity in bids received, to accept any item or group of items, unless qualified by the Bidder. The City reserves the right before recommending any award to inspect the Bidders' facilities or take any other action necessary to determine a Bidder's ability to perform in accordance with the specification, terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bid. The Bidder must direct any inquiries on the specifications, additional requirements, attachments, terms and general conditions or instructions, in writing, via E-mail to the individual named on Page 1 at the Purchasing Office, City of Sunrise, 10770 West Oakland Park Blvd, Sunrise, Florida, 33351. All inquiries must be received by the Purchasing Office no later than 12:00 p.m. seven (7) calendar days prior to the Bid opening.
