Demolition and site work for a civil project in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

The work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, sediment and turbidity control, pollution prevention, clearing and grubbing, on-site relocation of existing sabal palm trees, maintenance of traffic, dewatering, installing 48 RCP and five manholes structures, cutting into and connecting to existing street drainage pipe and canal culvert pipes, demolition and restoration of pavement and curbs, pavement milling and resurfacing, restoration of pavement markings, irrigation system repairs, sodding and other miscellaneous and incidental items to provide a complete project as specified in the contract documents. The project is located within the 496-acre City of Sunrise Drainage Basin 15, bordered on the south by NW 44th Street, on the north by Commercial Boulevard, on the west by the South Florida Water Management District C-42 Canal and a portion of the Sawgrass Expressway, and on the east by Nob Hill Road. The contractor shall have a valid State of Florida Certified General Contractors License and must have successfully completed at least three projects of similar type, size, and complexity within the past five years and provide verifiable references for these projects. The City will be the sole and final judge in determining if the contractor meets the qualification requirements.
