Estimates: 2025-01:Gen/Mech- $900,000 2025-02-Electrical - $250,000 The work involves the replacement of the existing Pump Station No. 1. This includes the construction of a new pumping station with a new wet well, raw sewage pumps, pump controls, and all associated appurtenances. The project also calls for the installation of a valve and metering vault, emergency generator, and telemetry equipment. Selective demolition of existing pump station equipment and the replacement of approximately 1,500 lineal feet of force main with new 4" pipe are also included. Bidders must submit a certified check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. Gov Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas. During the visit the Bidder must not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. B. Bidders visiting the Site are required to arrange their own transportation to the Site. C. All access to the Site other than during a regularly scheduled Site visit must be coordinated through the Owner. Bidder must conduct the required Site visit during normal working hours.
