Remove marked locations of existing damaged or cracked asphalt paving and replace with subbase and wearing course material. Seal limits of pathway as shown and marked. Lock 60 Recreation Area - Tow Path Road Mill 1.5" depth and install 1.5" asphalt wearing course at Tow Path Rd entrances from Bridge Street. Perkiomen Trail - Graterford Trailhead Parking Lot Existing stone parking lot - prepare subbase as directed to create a level surface for the installation of 2" of asphalt binder course and 1.5" wearing course. Install topsoil backup as directed at paving edge and permanently stabilize. Remove and reset existing parking blocks and install pavement markings as directed.
