The Project consists of: Site work for the department of publics works salt shed and new building, including grading, pavement, and stormwater facilities. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the amount of the liability under the contract.
