Site work for a water / sewer project in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing All the Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Doing All the Work Necessary for Replacement and/or Rehabilitation of Sanitary. Storm, and Water Structures. The Work Will Include Replacement of Approximately, 17 Storm Structures, 54 Storm Inlets and 7 Water Structures and Rehabilitation of Approximately 78 Sanitary Structures, 12 Storm Structures, 14 Storm Inlets and 10 Water Structures. Also Included is Replacement of 55 Lf of 8" Sanitary Sewer. The Work Under This Contract is Associated With the City's 2026 Street Rehabilitation Contract. The Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. No Bid Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by a Certified Check Equal to 10 Percent of the Bid or a Bid Bond in an Equal Amount, Payable to the City as Guaranty That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Proper Contract and Performance Bond Within Ten Days From the Date the Lowest Responsible Bidder's Bid is Accepted. In Case the Bidder Fails to Execute Such Contract and Performance Bond Within the Time Set by the City, the Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the City as Liquidated Damages. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within 45 Days After the Actual Date of the Bid Opening. Est. Completion Date: June 12, 2026
