The selected firm must provide services to address poor drainage causing standing water and to reduce continual maintenance needs in the area. The firm must comply with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations related to the services provided. The City retains the right to expand or limit the scope of services as needed, based on negotiation and agreement with the selected firm. The selected firm must have sufficient personnel to complete the required tasks efficiently and in a timely manner, and will be expected to enter into a contract for services based on the negotiated fee structure.
