Sealed proposals are invited for resurfacing projects as follows: New Chicago Avenue Resurfacing from SH-74/Florida Avenue to Lincoln Avenue, and Ramona Expressway Resurfacing from SH-74/Florida Avenue to Lake Street (City of Hemet Limit), in the Community of Valle Vista, labeled as Project No. D1-0066, D1-0067. Bids must adhere to all plans, specifications, and contract documents prepared by the County of Riverside. Bidders and listed subcontractors must be registered and qualified to perform public works under Labor Code section 1725.5. Contractors are required to possess a Class 'A' license at the time of bid submission. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder in compliance with applicable regulations. Required bonds include a Bid Bond (10%), Performance Bond (100%), and Payment Bond (100%). The estimated contract duration is 60 working days.
