Remodeling of an office development in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of an office development.
Sealed bids are requested for "HVAC, ATC, BAS, & BMS Maintenance and Repair Services." Bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond for $500 payable to the Township is required. A performance bond is also required. The Township retains the right to reject any or all bids, waive informality, or accept the bid deemed most favorable. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Question Deadline 12/08/2025 No Oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning of the specifications for any goods and services will be made to any bidder. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the OWNER'S representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, written requests for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids for goods and services. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
