The scope of work consists of providing cleaning services for municipal facilities. Bidders are instructed to review all requirements, visit the specified locations if necessary, and provide bids based on the outlined specifications and cleaning frequencies for each municipal building listed. The proposal must include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the required cleaning tasks as described in the specifications and frequency schedule. The six buildings listed below are all located within the Town of Essex except for the Town Administration Building and the Police Department Town Administration Offices, 81 Main Street Cleaned 2x Weekly the Main Town Hall is approximately 9,907 Sq. Ft. building consisting of carpet squares, linoleum, and Grout file flooring Essex Free Library, 1 Browns River Road Cleaned 2x Weekly the Essex Town Library is an approximately 2,904 Sq. Ft. building consisting of carpet squares, linoleum, and wood flooring Public Works Administration Office, 5 Jericho Road Cleaned 1x Weekly The Public Works Office is approximately 720 Sq. Ft. building consisting of Carpet Squares, and linoleum flooring. Memorial Hall, 5 Towers Road Cleaned 2x Weekly Memorial Hall is an approximately 3,440 Sq. Ft. building consisting of Carpet, linoleum, and wood floors. Essex Police Department, 145 Maple Street Cleaned 3x Weekly the Town of Essex Police Station is approximately 18,599 Sq. Ft. Building consists of Carpet squares, linoleum, and grout tile flooring Community Justice Center, 137_Iroquois Ave Cleaned 1x Weekly The CJC is approximately 1,000 Sq. Ft. office with a detached restroom, and consists of Pergo, ceramic tiles, and linoleum flooring, with throw carpets. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
