The proposed delivery date must be included in the bid. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “DPW - Vehicle Lift.” Unsealed, late, emailed, or faxed proposals will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the City.
