Renovation of a fire / police facility in Victorville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of Victorville is expanding their Avigilon Security Camera System and is requesting quotes to install cameras, hardware, associated cabling (including patch cords), and NVR Server at the following locations: Hook Community Center located at 14973 Joshua St. Victorville, CA 92394, Victorville Police Station located at 14200 Amargosa Rd Victorville, CA 92392, and 8th St Community Center located at 15615 8th St. Victorville, CA 92395. Question Submission Deadline:December 2, 2025, 12:00pm Prospective Bidders desiring an explanation or interpretation of this solicitation, plans, specifications, etc., must request it in writing via the City's eProcurement Portal Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in the form of a certified or cashier's check or Corporate Surety Bond in amounts not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted bid amount. This is a State Prevailing Wage Project. Prevailing Hourly Wages shall apply to and be paid by all contractors and subcontractors performing work on this project. The Contractor shall pay the City the sum of $500.00 per day for each and every calendar day delay in finishing the work as outlined in the Scope in excess of the (60) sixty calendar days specified below as Liquidated Damages. The City withholds liquidated damages before the accrual date if the anticipated liquidated damages may exceed the value of the remaining work. The work under this contract shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before expiration of SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS beginning on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. All Bidders shall be licensed as a contractor at the time of submitting a Bid Proposal in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3, of the California Business and Professions Code. The successful Bidder must hold a valid A,B OR C-7 California Contractor's License. Any Bid submitted which does not comply with the provisions of this Section will be considered nonresponsive and be rejected. The Faithful Performance and Payment Bonds shall be for amounts not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the Bid Proposal price named in the Contract. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bid Proposals and to award a Contract to the bidder who best meets its requirements. Relevant factors that shall be considered in evaluating the Bid Proposals are completeness and accuracy of the Bid Proposal; length and nature of warranties; anticipated length of life of materials; contractor's qualifications; as well as the lowest and best price. The estimated project value is $320,000.00
