Sealed bids are requested for one (1) new Inovair blower. Bids must be on separate forms and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the project "Wastewater Plant-Inovair Blower" in the lower left-hand corner. Bidding documents, including bid specifications, are available from the City Clerk's Office. Bidders must use the provided City of Rawlins Bid Forms. A bid guarantee of 5% of the total amount of the bid is required, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30) days or fails to proceed with contract performance. All bids must remain open for forty-five (45) days after the date of opening. Preference is given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to those offered by out-of-state competitors. The City of Rawlins reserves the right to accept deviations, waive formalities, reject all bids, or accept any bid in its best interest.
