Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lafayette, Louisiana. Working plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work includes all engineering, design, fabrication, testing, packaging, and delivery of shop fabricated tanks and their accessories, as well as the manufacturer's field services at the job site. All work is to be completed within a specified period. Instructions to bidders include: Bidders may submit sealed bids electronically or by mail. All required documents for electronic bids must be included in a single PDF file with bookmarks, and a hard copy must be delivered within forty-eight hours of the bid opening. For bids submitted by mail, provide one hard copy in a combined PDF file with bookmarks on a USB flash drive. Only a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check will be accepted as bid security, and electronic submissions must include copies of both sides of the check or bid bond. Bidders must sign bids in accordance with regulations and submit corporate authority documentation. Bids must be submitted on provided forms, and the successful bidder must provide performance, labor, and material payment bonds as required. The government reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate and may seek assistance in identifying qualified businesses for subcontracting. The scope of Work shall consist of all engineering, design, fabrication, testing, packaging and delivery of a Shop Fabricated Tanks and its accessories and including manufacturer's field services at the Job Site.
