Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Market, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed proposals are requested for the Buckhorn High School Artificial Turf Football Field. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Madison County Board of Education in an amount not less than five percent of the bid, but no more than $10,000, must accompany each proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and proof of insurance are required at contract signing. Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the office of the Architect and at Datatek Reprographics. Bid documents may be obtained from Tuscablue via www.wardscottplans.com with a $200.00 deposit per set, refundable for up to two sets per trade contract bidder upon their return in good condition within ten days of the bid date. Electronic PDF copies are available at no charge. Bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Architect. All bidders exceeding the licensing threshold must be licensed under Alabama law and must display their license number on the outside of the sealed bid envelope. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors in the interest of the owner. All bidders are invited to attend a nonmandatory prebid conference electronically.
