Site work for a water / sewer project in New Market, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The system is expected to contain 2880 L.F. 36" standard infiltrator chambers, 4 - 5,000 gal. septic tanks, 3 - 5,000 gal. equalization (pump) tanks, 3 - 1 hp duty pumps, triplex control panel (timed dose), 3 - mag meters & vaults, 3 - pressure manifolds & vaults, approximately 1250 L.F. 4" SDR-26 PVC, approximately 355 L.F. 6" SDR-26 PVC, approximately 115 L.F. 2" SCH 40 PVC, approximately 1000 L.F. 3" SCH 40 PVC, approximately & other miscellaneous items. The deadline for Contractor questions is December 19, 2025, at 4:00 PM. All questions will be posted with answers no later than December 23, 2025 at 2:00pm. A Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the bid. Performance Bond, Payment Bond and evidence of insurance will be required on or before January 28th, prior to execution of the contract. The Madison County Commission is seeking bids for a large-flow onsite septic system at for the Community Center at Sharon Johnston Park.
