Kennedy Lane At Montgomery Road Signal Improvements - removal and installation of traffic signal at the intersection of montgomery rd (us 22) and kennedy ln. project improvements include installation of mast arm support poles, video detection, and fiber optic interconnect. Sealed proposals are requested for the Kennedy Lane at Montgomery Road Signal Improvements. Bidders may obtain contract documents, bid sheets, and specifications at the Montgomery City Municipal Building for a non-refundable fee. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as specified by the Ohio Revised Code. Only Surety Companies licensed in Ohio may issue bonds. Each proposal must include the full names of all parties and interested persons. The project must be constructed and completed by the specified completion date. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for public improvements in Hamilton County, City of Montgomery, Ohio, as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations. The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Work completed by Friday, November 20, 2026 The intent ofthe contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work described. The Contractor shall perform all items of work covered and stipulated in the proposal and perform altered and extra work, furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms ofthe contract. Should any misunderstanding arise as to the intent or meaning of the plans, specifications, special provisions or proposal, or any discrepancy appear, the decision ofthe City shall be final and conclusive.
