Hydraulic Passenger Elevators Maintenance Service. Bid prices for this service should be quoted as 'not to exceed.' Bidders must meet the required specifications as written. Submission of a bid indicates acceptance of the conditions contained in the request for proposal unless specifically noted otherwise and confirmed in the contract. A person authorized to legally obligate the bidder must sign the bid, signifying acceptance of all contract terms, conditions, and requirements. Bidders are responsible for their own proposal preparation costs; no costs prior to the contract's effective date will be covered. Proposals must be valid for 180 days following the deadline for submission or until the effective date of any resulting contract. The County reserves the right to amend the RFP before the proposal deadline. All proposals are subject to non-collusion and may not be disclosed before public opening. All materials submitted become the property of the County and may be subject to public disclosure. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
