Solicitation Id: NW-03 Sections of the pavement need to be repaired or replaced. Rehabilitation project to repair/replace approximately 2.37 miles of USH 2 in the City of Ashland in Ashland County. Replace the pavement, base aggregate, subbase, & curb & gutter from Stuntz Ave to 29th Ave E. Perform concrete pavement repairs, cleaning and patching joints from 29th Avenue E to 36th Ave E. Overlay culvert floor, concrete surface repair, add riprap, and debris removal to B-02-0011. Other work includes replacing the traffic signals at 26th Avenue E., storm sewer replacement, beam guard, street lighting, sidewalk, curb ramp upgrades, signing, pavement marking, and restoration. In conjunction with this project under a separate project number, City of Ashland sanitary sewer main replacement, water main replacement, including services to adjacent properties, and utility castings adjustments will be included. Complete pavement replacement section in stages with one westbound lane open to traffic and eastbound traffic detoured. Complete concrete repair section utilizing single lane closures.
