As of January 30, 2026, the project was awarded to DWA Recreation (Formerly David Williams & Associates), with an awarded amount of $118,506.96. Receiving of hard copy bids for playground equipment and installation services for Wells Park Playground. Bids should be submitted and addressed to the Department of Development, City of Newark. The bid package will be posted on the City website. Bids will be publicly opened at the specified location. The City will remove existing structures and the site prepared for installation. Bid is not to exceed $137,000.
