Note: Subject to satisfactory service, terms and conditions, contingent upon approvals, budget and construction timing window, and at the City's sole discretion, the contract may be extended to include construction of the median Bus Rapid Transit Lanes. An extension is to be mutually acceptable, and subject to a continued requirement by the City and will be amended using the rates bid in the Contractor's original bid submission.
