Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and services to perform the construction of premium seating and press area at the WVU Hope Coliseum Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1000) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion. Requests for clarification received after this deadline may not be considered and the University is under no obligation to address them. The University reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all Proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFP. If any Proposal is rejected, a written explanation prepared by the CPO, or designee, shall be noted in the Procurement File. The new premium seating will consist of four (4) loge suites, four (4) loge seating areas and two (2) ledge seating areas. The loge suites and seating areas will have millwork, refrigerators, tablets, power, data and furniture. The ledge seats will have a counter, tablets, power, data and furniture. Press area will consist of thirty-four (34) press seats with a counter and dual power and USB outlets per seat. The press area will also consist of one (1) ADA seating area. Suppliers shall provide all materials, labor, tools, and equipment to complete the project in accordance with the construction documents provided and the standards required.
