Site work and new construction of a stadium in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 70,000-square-foot, five-story above grade stadium.
West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the Construction Manager at Risk project delivery method to construct a new tower on the West Side of Milan Puskar Stadium. The new West Tower will consist of five levels for fan amenities, premium spaces, media spaces, team coaching spaces, and operations totaling approximately 70,000 gross square feet. Required documentation must be submitted under Supplier Attachments with the response, questions must be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board, and proposals must be submitted directly on the website in PDF format (singular PDF preferred). Question Deadline 12/16/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Any and all communication shall be held with a Procurement Official.
