Remodeling of a municipal facility in Thousand Palms, California. Working plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
**As of December 10, 2025 project has been canceled. As of this time it is unknown if when project will rebid. SunLine Transit Agency is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the provision of services to replace, integrate, and install boardroom conference equipment at SunLine's administrative facilities in Thousand Palms, California. The work will be performed under a Public Works Agreement. All certifications and forms must be executed and returned, and if a form is not applicable, it must be noted, signed, and returned. Bidding contractors must submit a Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion for themselves and for subcontractor bids over $25,000. Contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid and must comply with prevailing wage requirements as set by the State of California. Question Deadline 12/17/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Questions regarding the solicitation are to be submitted electronically. For the purpose of this solicitation, the Engineer's Estimate for the scope of work detailed in IFB 26-021 ranges between $120,000 and $140,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
