No definite date for the rebid.** The Bidder Shall File With His Bid Either a Cashier's Check Drawn on an Alabama Bank, Payable to the City of Gadsden, Alabama, or a Bid Bond Executed by a Surety Company Duly Authorized and Qualified to Make Such Bonds in Alabama, in an Amount Equal to the Lesser of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid or Ten Thousand ($10,000). The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for the Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the Amount Required by Section 39-1-1(a), Code of Alabama 1975, and Evidence of Insurance as Required by the Bid Documents Within Ten (10) Days After Being Notified That He Has Been Awarded the Contract. Any Bidder, Whether a Resident or Non-resident of the State of Alabama, Must Comply With All Applicable Provisions of Section 34-8-1, Et.
