Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Improvements to the East River Lift Station, including but not limited to raw wastewater pump replacement, variable frequency drive replacements, wet well upgrades including slide gates, connection of a third forcemain, removal of ozone generation equipment, yard piping and other site civil improvements, construction of a new Generator Building, installation of a new diesel generator, installation of new ozone generation equipment, automatic transfer switches, other miscellaneous piping and valves, associated Electrical, I&C, HVAC & Civil work. Interested parties shall fully complete and submit an Application for Prequalification in accordance with the Instructions for Prequalification. Bids received from firms who have not been prequalified for the Proposed Project will not be considered. Bids with Electrical, Mechanical, Temporary Bypassing Pumping, and Sewer subcontractors not properly prequalified shall be deemed unresponsive and disqualified.
