The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 4,500 LF of 6-inch and 8-inch water main replacement of 53 water service connections and 4 fire hydrants. Work also includes roadside drainage improvements and culvert pipe replacement. Questions Due Date: Dec 15th 2025, 4:00 PM EST Questions Online Portal The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued in March 2026. Substantial Completion shall be achieved within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion within 150 calendar days. The Hemlock Farms Community Association hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Substantial Completion shall be achieved within 120 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion within 150 calendar days.
