Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,420-square-foot educational facility.
1. Renovate approximately 3,900 SQFT in Rooms 5119, 5121A, 5121, 5123, 5123A, 5123B, and 5132 on the 5th floor of Comstock Hall. Work includes renovation of existing lab space that will be occupied by a new faculty member. 2. Demolition includes removal of existing casework, most ceilings, lighting, a controlled environmental room, and removal of asbestos containing materials as hazardous material. These spaces will be reconstructed with new ceiling, partition wall, lighting, finishes, MEP systems, fume hood, and laboratory casework. Deadline for RFI 12/16/2025 at 12:00pm Estimated Construction Budget $900,000-$1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Owner reserves the right to accept any of the Alternate Proposals listed within ten (10) calendar days following the award of a construction contract or such other time as may be agreed to by the Owner and Contractor.
